Post Paid Home Saver
If you do not want to prepay and prefer to receive a bill at the
end of the month then Alpha Telecom can still offer you very competitive
post paid rates. An invoice or bill can be downloaded on our website
at the end of each month. The Payment methods for our postpaid homesaver
service is by credit card and direct debit only, payment will be
taken 5 days after the invocie is issued.

Alpha
Telecom offers you 2 options for your fixed line account. Alpha
Direct and Alpha Flexi.
For all Alpha home accounts you
keep your current telephone number, there is no need to switch from
your existing telephone company. All rates are teh same, 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week, with NO CONTRACTS,stay with Alpha for as long
as you believe you are saving money.

Access Direct
This is the most convenient way to dial
overseas. With Direct you choose Alpha to be your primary telephone
service carrier for your national and international calls. You do
not need to dial a code before the number you are calling. Dial
as usual and you will be automatically connected to Alpha from the
phone numbers you register. You retain your previous carrier for
local calls.

Access Flexi
With
Flexi you use Alpha on a call by call basis by dialing our four
digit override code (e.g 1428 or 1414) before making your call.
For example, to dial the UK, you would dial 1428 0011 44 then the
destination number. You have the freedomof using us on a call by
call basis.
