Cheque or money order – Post your cheque to Alpha Telecom (AUST) PO BOX 1624, Crows Nest, NSW 1585
Direct Deposit – Pay money directly into Alpha Telecom's bank account. Westpac account BSB 032298 and account number 210663. Please inform customer service when you have made a payment.

Topping Up your prepaid account
You never need to be worried about running out of credit on your prepaid Home saver. Choose an amount you want to spend on calls in the month and prepay only this amount. You can make each top-up fit your budget.

Auto Top Up: (download form and fax it) Choose how low you want your account to get to before we automatically top it up.

Residential Post Paid

Direct Debit – Download direct debit form or call 1300 651 168 to request a form to be sent out. Download the direct debit service agreement for terms and conditions.

Payment will be automatically taken from your chosen payment method 5 days after invoice issued (invoice available to view online at the end of billing cycle).
